Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager at Peak to Creek Properties. The position is based in Whistler, BC, with some work from home acceptable. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and maintain property standards. Responsibilities also include budgeting, financial reporting, strategic planning, and business development. The role requires close collaboration with department heads and stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, staff management, and customer service
- Skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
