Honeycomb Hospitality is seeking a seasoned, results-driven General Manager to lead one of our flagship venues. This senior leadership role requires a strong background in high-volume hospitality management, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences. As GM, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial success, and team development while upholding the brand’s reputation as a leader in Toronto’s dining and nightlife scene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all venue operations, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, maximizing revenue streams, and analyzing key performance metrics.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Implement and uphold the highest standards for service, food, beverage, and overall venue presentation.
  • Identify and execute operational improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership to align business goals, marketing strategies, and brand initiatives.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all licensing, health and safety, and employment regulations.
  • Serve as the face of the venue, cultivating relationships with guests, VIPs, and industry professionals to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in senior hospitality management, with a proven track record in high-volume, premium venues.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role (GM, Director of Operations, or similar).
  • Strong financial acumen, with expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • A hands-on leader with the ability to inspire and drive performance at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience leading diverse, high-energy teams.
  • A passion for hospitality, innovation, and delivering best-in-class guest experiences.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
