This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including human resources, sales and marketing strategies, and client relationship management. The position leads a team of 10 employees, manages show logistics, budgeting, hiring, and ensures smooth execution of events and online sales. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with strong operational, sales, and team-building expertise, passionate about delivering legendary customer service and unforgettable fireworks experiences.
Duties
- Oversee human resources and staff of 10 employees.
- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Oversee all sales-related and marketing strategies.
- Serve as the key contact for major client relations, including cites, sports teams, and corporate events.
- Provide direction and management of show budgets, including preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) and tenders.
- Conduct site visits for shows and prepare site plans based on site evaluations.
- Oversee show assignments for supervisors and crew.
- Manage software and computers on the network.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization, including personnel and equipment.
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary resources to meet operational demands.
- Manage cash flow.
- Handle hiring and conduct interviews for full-time and seasonal staff.
- Coach, train, motivate, and inspire the team to prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of operational staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, marketing, and operational management.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
