Job Description
<p><p>Oversee day-to-day operations across all café locations, ensuring consistency of service, product quality, and brand standards.</p><p>Lead and support the catering division, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and customer satisfaction for events of varying scale.</p>
<p>Develop and monitor operational processes to improve workflow, efficiency, and financial performance.</p>
<p>Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.</p>
<p>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of café managers, supervisors, and hourly staff across multiple locations.</p>
<p>Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performance culture built on accountability, communication, and respect.</p>
<p>Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members while modeling strong leadership presence and work ethic.</p>
<p>Ensure teams are supported with the tools, information, and training they need to succeed.</p>
<p>Manage P&L performance across all units, monitoring key financial indicators including labour, COGS, and controllables.</p>
<p>Implement systems and processes to drive revenue growth and maintain expense discipline.</p>
<p>Analyze performance trends and use data to make informed operational decisions.</p>
<p>Support menu innovation, product rollouts, and promotional initiatives.</p>
<p>Optimize use of POS, scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems.</p>
<p>Champion digital tools that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and communication across units.</p>
<p>Ensure strong reporting, documentation, and data integrity.</p>
<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p>
<p>Work closely with ownership, kitchen leadership, catering management, and administrative teams.</p>
<p>Support larger strategic initiatives, expansion planning, and operational scaling as the business grows.</p>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<p>Proven experience as a multi-unit operator, ideally within café, QSR, fast casual, or hospitality environments.</p>
<p>Demonstrated success in leading large teams and achieving operational and financial targets.</p>
<p>Strong understanding of labour management, forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis.</p>
<p>Technologically confident with POS, scheduling, inventory, and reporting platforms.</p>
<p>Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</p>
<p>A hands-on manager who leads from the floor and understands the nuances of café operations.</p>
<p>Passion for hospitality and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.</p>
