Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities * Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. * Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. * Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. * Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Experience * Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. * Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. * Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). * A commitment to safety practices in the workplace.
