Position Overview: As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our restoration efforts, providing essential support to our skilled technicians and project managers.

You will assist in the restoration of damaged properties by performing a variety of tasks such as demolition, debris removal, site cleanup, and basic construction activities under the guidance of experienced professionals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the restoration industry and contribute to meaningful projects that help restore communities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform physical tasks including demolition, removal of damaged materials, and cleaning of job sites.
  • Assist in the setup and cleanup of equipment and materials.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Support skilled technicians and project managers as directed.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in general labor or construction is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license.
