Full-Time Residential Property Manager (Licensed – Manitoba)

Reporting directly to the Property Owners, you’ll take ownership of a residential portfolio and help create great living experiences for tenants without the full-time grind. If you’re licensed in Manitoba and want a role where your expertise truly matters, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties
- Showing suites, meeting prospective renters, and managing applications
- Screening tenants, checking references, and communicating decisions
- Keeping buildings safe, clean, and well-maintained (with help from maintenance!)
- Being the go-to for tenant questions, concerns, and solutions
- Tracking occupancy, collections, and move-ins/move-outs
- Assisting with RTB applications and representing the company when needed
- Making sure everything stays compliant with Manitoba tenancy rules
What You Bring
- ✔️ Residential property management experience (3–5 years preferred, but flexible)
- ✔️ Solid knowledge of Manitoba Residential Tenancies legislation
- ✔️ Comfort using Propra or similar property management software
