An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team at Oretta King West!. As a Front of House Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and optimizing the performance of Oretta King West. Your leadership will directly impact the success of the location and contribute to our overall brand integrity.

Upholding Oretta’s mission, values, policies, quality, and guest experience standards are vital importance. You will run successful services by bringing a positive presence on the floor, motivating frontline staff, interacting with guests, and assisting in growing the Oretta brand. This role is perfect for someone who is incredibly passionate about people, food, and our ever-changing industry!.

Oretta first opened their doors in 2017 to provide Toronto’s vibrant King West area with an authentic yet modern-day Italian culinary experience. In 2022, Oretta Midtown opened, and we are very excited to announce the opening of our third location, Oretta Downtown, in Summer 2024. We focus on delivering genuine Italian cuisine, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

Our menu features a variety of classic Italian dishes with innovative twists on traditional recipes. The restaurant’s design typically reflects a blend of classic Italian elegance with modern aesthetics. Serving authentic, modern-day Italian culinary experiences that are grounded in tradition Simplicity: Celebrating family, community, and life through food Qualifications in Hospitality Management, or relevant experience as per below: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in Hospitality, fine dining or casual fine dining restaurant; Administrative experience: scheduling, inventory, ordering, onboarding, with sound financial acumen.

Proficiency in restaurant management software (Toast, OpenTable, Push) and Microsoft Office Suite. Thorough organizational and time management, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work evening shifts during the week and on weekends when necessary.

Passion and sound understanding of Italian cuisine, wines, cocktails, and spirits is a plus!.
