<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>The Front-End Driver is responsible for the safe operation of front-loading garbage trucks used<br />to collect and transport commercial waste and recycling containers. This position requires<br />strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on customer service and safety compliance.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p> The safe and efficient operation of a Front-Load trucks<br /> Must have excellent knowledge of and be familiar with the roads in the Peel Region,<br />GTA and surrounding areas<br /> Responsible for daily pre-and-post trip inspections.<br /> Daily route consists of driving to customer sites, secure bin on truck, empty bin at<br />transfer station, return bin to customer site.<br /> Ensure Customers are serviced as per their contractual requirements and schedules<br /> Demonstrate excellent customer service skills<br /> Meet or exceed performance and productivity expectations through proven results<br /> Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures<br /> Effective use of tablets, including weights entered & photos of blocked calls<br />Requirements:<br /> Valid DZ license with a clean driving record.<br /> Completion of high school.<br /> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br /> Proven experience as a front-end truck driver.</p><p> Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to transportation and waste<br />management.<br /> Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks.<br /> Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.<br /> Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.<br /> Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks as required.</p><p>Benefits:<br /> Competitive salary (based on experience)<br /> Opportunities for professional development and career advancement<br /> A collaborative and innovative work environment<br /> Overtime work opportunities</p></p></p>
