We are a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization, and were looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team to help drive smarter decisions and sustainable growth.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>The</strong><strong>Opportunity:</strong><br />Were looking for a results-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial visibility across the organization, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing profitability through deep pricing and margin analysis. <br><br></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the monthly and quarterly<strong>financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning</strong>process.</li><li>Perform<strong>variance analysis</strong>between actuals, forecast, and budget, with clear communication of key drivers to stakeholders.</li><li>Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to provide insights that improve<strong>financial performance, pricing strategy, and SKU rationalization</strong>.</li><li>Conduct detailed<strong>category-level and SKU-level margin analysis</strong>, highlighting underperforming SKUs and helping shift focus to higher-margin opportunities.</li><li>Identify SKUs that are<strong>not delivering acceptable margins</strong>, and partner with cross-functional teams to action these through price adjustments, cost negotiations with factories, or discontinuation strategies.</li><li>Analyze<strong>customer-level profitability</strong>, pricing compliance, and trade spend effectiveness to help optimize gross margin across channels.</li><li>Support the development of<strong>dashboards and reporting tools</strong>to track KPIs and drive visibility across the business.</li><li>Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Lead or support<strong>ad hoc analysis</strong>and scenario modeling to evaluate business cases and strategic initiatives.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>What We&#39;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA is a strong asset).</li><li>3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.</li><li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of pricing, cost structure, and margin optimization in a product-driven business.</li><li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.</li><li>High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggling multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to directly impact business decisions and bottom-line performance.</li><li>Collaborative and high-growth environment with exposure to senior leadership.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li><li>Be part of a company that is reshaping the baby furniture category with innovation and integrity.</li></ul></p></p>
