What You’ll Do:
- Melt and pour aluminum into molds.
- Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment.
- Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely.
- Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding, trimming).
- Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean, safe area.
You’ll work with molten aluminum, precision tools, and powerful machines to produce parts that keep trucks, engines, and heavy equipment running across North America.
What We’re Looking For:
- A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
- English communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, foundry, welding, or machine operation is an asset — but we’ll provide full training!
- High school diploma an asset.
