With hundreds of customers, $1B+ in GMV, and $42M in funding, the company offers modern banking, smart credit, and automation that replaces manual treasury and FP&A work-making this a rare opportunity to join a high-growth fintech building category-defining products.


Role: Founding Recruiter

Location: 5 days in-office in Toronto/ New York

Compensation: $140K-$180K + Competitive equity

Benefits: Generous paid time off, along with a comprehensive health and benefits package.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, GTM, and operations roles.
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition and hiring strategy.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience while tracking and improving hiring metrics.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong technical recruiting background with the ability to flex into GTM hiring
  • Proven ability to source and close passive candidates from top-tier tech companies
  • Experience as an early recruiting hire, scaling teams and processes from the ground up
  • Prior experience in fintech, AI, or early-stage start-up environments
