<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>MUST HAVE VALID 3RD PARTY FORKLIFT CERTIFICATE AND 2 YEARS OPERATING EXPERIENCE ON A COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT! You will be moving metal collapsible containers and wooden pallets with boxes. Other duties as assigned. May be asked to assist on repack when forklift duties are not needed. Unpacking and repacking automotive parts onto racking. It is repetitive and you must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively, from the boxes onto the racks to be repacked and shipped back out. If things go well with this project, you could be moved into other areas within the facility, including assembly, packaging, <span >shipping/receiving,</span> quality check, sorting or some support on our manufacturing side which would require the team member to hit a certain tact time while building parts without error. The company is expanding and should you be a great worker, with great attendance, there is potential to be hired on with the company. DAY SHIFT: Mon-Thurs - 7:00am - 3:30pm Friday - 6:15am - 2:45pm AFTERNOON SHIFT: Mon-Thurs - 3:45pm - 12:15am Friday - 2:45pm - 11:15pm QUALIFICATIONS * Valid Forklift License and relevant experience * Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent * Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively * Must be safety oriented and dedicated to continuous improvement * Work overtime if required Compensation: $20.25/hr No short term or part time positions available.
