Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our comprehensive F&B operations. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for upholding the highest standards of service and quality across all dining venues, including our signature restaurant, bar and lounge, private event and banquet spaces, and on-course outlets. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, dedicated to cultivating an exceptional member experience through meticulous operational management and team development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and service delivery.
  • Develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, comprehensive training, strategic scheduling, and continuous coaching.
  • Champion and enforce our brand standards and established service rituals to ensure a consistent, high-end member experience.
  • Manage departmental financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and optimizing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and labor costs.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu engineering and development.
  • Oversee the flawless execution of all private events, banquets, and club functions from planning to completion.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Leverage proficiency in POS and other hospitality technology to enhance efficiency and service.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on member feedback and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage management. Background in a private club, luxury resort, or fine dining establishment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and motivating successful service teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume event and banquet operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members, staff, and leadership.
  • Expertise in guest recovery and problem-solving to maintain member satisfaction.
  • ServSafe Manager certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by club operations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
