About the Role
Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring Food and Beverage Manager on behalf of reputable clients in the hospitality and food service industry across Canada. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including staffing, inventory, and service standards
- Manage and train front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Monitor quality, efficiency, and compliance with food safety, liquor, and workplace regulations
- Plan menus, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and manage vendor relationships
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and reporting to optimize profitability
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience or formal education in Cooking, Culinary Arts, Food Services, or Hospitality
- English language proficiency at CLB 4 or higher
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $18.00 to $20.00, based on experience and employer
- Overtime pay and tips (varies by employer)
