Short Summary


This role is jointly shared between the Food and Beverage Director (DOFB) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO. Primary focus is working directly with key members (culinary and beverage stakeholders) of the F&B team to input and maintain key systems (ie. JD Edwards (JDE), Aloha and the Reservations system (SevenRooms). Performs a wide variety of duties for the DOFB & COO that require confidentiality, initiative, tact, maturity, and independent judgment. Will also coordinate meetings and activities with other departments.


Job Description


Under limited supervision, manages and oversees the day-to-day activities of the Executive Office environment.


Organize and manage weekly Executive and various other meetings ensuring all documentation is available.


Communicate with and process requests from Executives and other staff at Canada Lands.


Input all VIP 360 reservations for external contacts requested through the Director of Food and Beverage COO.


F&B management reporting, identify opportunities within the systems. Work with DOFB to use reports for analysis and recommend opportunities for efficiency within the F&B division.


Manage all data entry and catalogues for culinary team.


Work with the DOFB and Finance teams to ensure quality and consistency with F&B financial reports, attend monthly Finance meetings.


Create and circulate monthly reports for DOFB.


Work with the Marketing Department, to ensure time management of all menu development is adhered to and assist with editing and ensure all documents adhere to the corporate branding guidelines.


General administrative duties for the DOFB, COO, and F&B divisions.


Qualifications


A college diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.


A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of related experience in office administration.


Experience with Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint.


Knowledge of Food and Beverage is an asset.

The recruitment range provided reflects the expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors.


Salary Range: $46,625 - $52,450, Paid Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision benefits.
