Hanon Systems Canada Inc. in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a highly motivated and driven Financial Analyst to join our team.Job DescriptionThe Financial Analyst is responsible for analysis and explanation of variances, support of outlook, forecast and budget/business plan processes, as well as various ad hoc requests. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate with various colleagues. Must be self-motivated, organized and have a strong FP&A background.Primary Responsibilities: Variance reporting of financials and key performance indicators (KPIs) Analyze current and trend data including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and balance sheet categories.
Perform ad-hoc analysis for strategy discussions, business initiatives and special projects Creating and distribution of various monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsYears of Experience: 1-2 years of financial analysis experienceDegree Preferred: BBA or BS in Finance or AccountingRequired Competencies: Hyperion SAP MS Office key products (Excel (expert level), PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
