Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare monthly financial statements, including high level review of revenue, labour, and overhead
Complete monthly balance sheet analysis for all accounts on the Consolidated Balance Sheet along with supporting documentation and explanation of variances as required
Additional Ad Hoc reporting as required
Annual preparation of Year End Working Papers
Look at Budget/Forecast process to track performance for variance analysis (budget v. actuals)
Maintain accurate and timely financial records
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the finance team as needed TMGCT
Job Requirements: 3+ years of proven full cycle accounting and financial reporting experience
Strong accounting skills handling multiple entities
Proficiency with Net Suite a huge asset
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
