Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed financial advisor
- With book of min. $20M in Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to client service
Two Career Path Options:
#1: Associate Advisor on an Established Team:
- Join our client's immediate team as an associate
- The compensation package includes:
- Base salary
- Variable compensation based on performance
OR
#2: Independent Practice Owner:
- Start as a stand-alone practice
- Compensation structure:
- Variable compensation based on the book of business you bring over
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients in the mass affluent market
- Leverage your existing client relationships and grow your book of business
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Create and monitor the implementation of financial plans
- Offer expert guidance on all aspects of client's financial lives
Requirements:
- Current financial advisor license (IIROC or MFDA)
- Proven track record of managing client portfolios
- CFP designation or commitment to pursuing it (our client offers support for professional development)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- LLQP (preferred)
