This role is a core part of our growth strategy, focusing heavily on outbound prospecting, client acquisition, and long-term relationship building.



Role Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with prospective clients
  • Research and identify qualified prospects using CRM and lead tools
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Assist in developing personalized retirement, tax, and wealth strategies for clients
  • Work closely with an experienced Investment Advisor to support business development and client service
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with successful individuals, families, and business owners
  • Participate in all aspects of client planning: retirement strategies, tax efficiency, portfolio design, and intergenerational wealth transfer

Mentorship Program

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be supported by an exceptional mentorship program designed to accelerate your learning and success. You’ll shadow top advisors, gain technical knowledge, and learn how to build a successful practice from the ground up.

You’ll also receive support for obtaining your CSC and CPH licenses as you grow into an independent financial advisor.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented-especially in a sales environment
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for financial services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience preferred
