You'll thrive with us if you're ready to guide a team, improve systems, and align operations across departments.</p><p>Finance Manager</p><p>We're seeking a Finance Manager with strong operational execution and leadership skills. You'll guide the finance function across payroll, daily operations, and cross-departmental alignment. If you love building efficient systems, managing people, and scaling processes in a growth-oriented environment, this is for you.</p><p>What You'll Own:</p><ul><li>Daily accounting operations such as AP, AR, and cash flow</li><li>Oversight and continuous improvement of payroll and benefits administration</li><li>Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships (vendors, accountants, teams)</li><li>Mentoring and developing junior team members, and building team accountability</li><li>Collaborating cross-functionally to support smooth business operations and growth</li><li>Identifying and implementing scalable systems and automation opportunities</li></ul><p>What You Bring:</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally with supervisory responsibilities</li><li>Proven leadership skills and experience managing internal/external relationships</li><li>Familiarity with scalable finance tools like QuickBooks, Odoo, and Fathom</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Experience in product-based or e-commerce business models</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Company events</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Store discount</li><li>Wellness program</li></ul><p>Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday</p><p>Work Location: In person at our Cumberland office.</p><p>All of our employees share our five Core Values:</p><p>Passion - Work With Purpose</p><p>Detail - Sweat the Small Stuff</p><p>Have Fun - Through Work & Play</p><p>Teamwork - Build Momentum Together</p><p>Grit - Persistence, Resilience and Strength of Character</p><p>If this role sounds like a fit for you, and you're interested in learning more, please submit a resume and cover letter outlining why you think you'd be a good fit for our growing team.
