<p>Responsibilities of the Finance Coordinator include but not limited to:</p>
<li>Receive and Process incoming payments from Clients, Insurance & Finance Companies. (Cash, Cheques, Credit Cards, E-transfers and Online Bank Payments and EFTs)</li>
<li>Reconciliation and recording the daily bank activity</li>
<li>Assist with Applied Pay (CC payments in EPIC)</li>
<li>Manage return payments and follow up for replacement</li>
<li>Banking when needed </li>
<li>Process and Manage outside Financing (First Insurance Funding) </li>
<li>Manage Agency Bill Accounts Receivable and follow-up</li>
<li>Maintain and Manage accounts with Collection Agency</li>
<li>Process Client Refunds and Direct Bill Advances</li>
<li>Processing of Vendor Payables and Employee Expenses</li>
<li>Reconciliation of Direct Bill Commissions </li>
<li>Amex and Mastercard monthly reconciliations</li>
<li>Assist with month end closing</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li> <p>TMGMS</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>A post secondary diploma or degree from a recognized institution in the field of accounting and finance or business administration</li>
<li>Team player and the ability to work independently</li>
<li>Strong Analytical abilities and attention to details to ensure accuracy and follow through on discrepancies</li>
<li>Minimum 3-4+ years experience in accounting and finance</li>
<li>Computer proficiency with advance knowledge in Excel</li>
<li>Experience in the Insurance Industry would be an asset</li>
