Business Address: Unit Avenue, Delta V4C 0E2. Location Of Work: 5761 6th Avenue, Delta, BC, V4C 6V6 Wage rate: $21.00 per hour, for 37.50 hours a week, Overtime after 40 hours per week. Education: High School required. Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Languages: English Job Duties: Coordinate regarding work plans and programs and make recommendations for improvement, land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting. Develop work schedules and establish procedures Maintain quality control and production records Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment and supplies. May perform general farm duties, when required. Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, continuous learning.
