Language Basic knowledge in English Education Secondary High School Graduation Certificate Experience Minimum 2 years experience in farming is required Work Site Environment Outdoors, Dusty, Hot, Noisy, Odours, Tree and Orchard fruit. Work Setting Staff Accommodation Available Job Duties: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
Ensure farm safety procedures are followed. Develop work schedules and establish procedures. Hire and Train Staff.
Maintain quality control and production records. Maintain work records and logs. May perform general farm duties when required.
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
