The clinic is modern, staffed, and located directly across from the Yorkton Regional Health Centre.</p><p>The successful candidate will work as a fee-for-service physician in the clinic and have the opportunity to participate in regional services such as emergency room, hospitalist, long-term care, etc.</p><h3>Relocation Package</h3><p>The successful candidate may be eligible for the SMA Retention Fund, which provides a financial reward to physicians practicing in the province for extended periods, ranging from $7,000 to $14,000.</p><h3>Job Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Certified or eligible to be certified with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.</li><li>Regular or provisional license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (or eligible to be licensed).</li><li>Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.</li><li>Recommended: Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li><li>Successful Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) credentialing, including acceptable reference checks and criminal record check with vulnerable sector.</li><li>Current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage.</li></ul><p><b>For more information or to apply for this position, please contact the Clinic Manager:</b></p><p>Yorkton is a city located in southeastern Saskatchewan, about 450 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg and 300 kilometres southeast of Saskatoon.
