<p><b>Family Ministry and Social Media Director / Pastor</b></p><p><b>Our Family Ministry and Social Media Pastor / Director will:</b></p><ul><li>Lead Next Gen Ministries (Kids and Youth)</li><li>Oversee curriculum, teacher, and assistant development</li><li>Coordinate Next Gen Sunday Services (Two to Four times a year)</li><li>Deliver abuse prevention policy and training (We have the resources)</li><li>Connect with Parents, Next Gen, and families</li><li>Coordinate and schedule social media team’s posts</li><li>Build your team – encourage, equip, and grow leaders and assistants</li><li>Participate in weekly staff meetings and outreach events (Parents and Tots, clothing exchange, winter extravaganza, Easter egg Hunt, etc.)</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><ul><li>A heart for God, Kids, and Youth</li><li>A heart for guiding and mentoring team, upcoming leaders, and Next Gen</li><li>Encourage, equip, and send Next Gen into mission</li><li>Engaging and culturally responsive in a diverse context</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Planning Center, Church Center, Canva or equivalent, and Plan to Protect or equivalent</li></ul><p><b>Education Required:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in process or completed in Youth Ministry, Children’s Ministry, or Theology</li><li>Credentials with the PAOC, or willingness to work towards being credentialed with the PAOC</li></ul><p>This job posting appears active and relevant.</p>
