Job Opportunity: Project Manager – LED Lighting Retrofits

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager with experience in LED lighting retrofits to join our dynamic team.

This hybrid role offers a mix of office-based and on-site work, primarily in Ontario. The Project Manager will oversee site assessments, prepare project proposals, and manage the installation process with our electrical teams after project approval. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in reducing CO2 emissions while delivering measurable and lasting results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate project feasibility.
  • Generate detailed and accurate project proposals and quotes.
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation process with electrical teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless project handoffs.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure project success.
  • Travel to project sites as required, while balancing hybrid work flexibility.



  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in LED lighting or related industries.
    • Expertise in proposal generation and site assessments is highly desirable.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and with clients.
    • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
    • Experience in the lighting industry is an asset.
    • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
