Location: Onsite - 5 days per week (Mississauga)

Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 + 15% Bonus.

Equity: Eligible to participate in BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months

The Role

We are seeking a senior, execution-driven Executive Assistant to the CEO & Execution Lead who operates as a true extension of the CEO. This is not a traditional EA role-it is an executive-level position with the authority and expectation to step into meetings, drive follow-ups, and ensure strategic priorities translate into action with a clear line to progress into a Chief of Staff level.

Key Responsibilities:

CEO Leverage & Executive Support

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing priorities, calendar, communications, and preparation for executive meetings

• Represent the CEO in internal meetings as required, capturing decisions and driving execution

• Ensure all CEO commitments, action items, and deadlines are tracked and delivered

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, and Operations

• Translate high-level direction into clear plans, owners, milestones, and outcomes

• Proactively identify execution gaps, risks, and misalignment-and take ownership to resolve them

• Maintain executive-level dashboards to track priorities, KPIs, and active initiatives

Operational Discipline

• Establish and reinforce operating rhythms, meeting cadences, and accountability mechanisms

• Ensure leadership decisions are communicated clearly and implemented consistently

• Support leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and board-level preparation as needed

What We're Looking For:

Experience

• Prior experience as a Chief of Staff to a CEO or equivalent executive leadership role highly desirable

• Experience in a mid-sized organization (100-300 employees) for a meaningful portion of your career

• Demonstrated ability to drive execution in fast-paced, scaling environments (SaaS, technology, healthcare, or professional services preferred)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field required

• MBA or Master's degree in Business strongly preferred
