<p>Company Overview:<br><br>We are a dynamic real estate development and property management company committed to excellence in our projects and client relationships. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior executives.</p><p>Position Summary<br><br>The Executive Assistant ensures the smooth operation of our office by managing schedules, communications, and administrative functions. Acting as the first point of contact for external partners and suppliers, this role also includes light office management duties to maintain an efficient, professional environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and maintain calendars for two senior executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Draft and manage correspondence with suppliers, consultants, and municipal officials.</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for external partners, suppliers, and service providers.</li><li>Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.</li><li>Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and administrative needs, acting as a quasi-office manager.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.</li><li>Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines.</li></ul><p>Skills & Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professionalism in correspondence.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Experience with calendar or project management tools is an asset.</li><li>Knowledge of the real estate industry is an asset but not required.</li><li>Basic understanding of construction, engineering, or municipal processes would be beneficial.</li></ul><p>Additional Preferred Attributes:</p><ul><li>Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information.</li><li>Problem solver with a proactive approach.</li><li>Comfortable communicating with external professionals and city officials.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $65,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>On-site gym</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
