Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and oversee office operations. This role is responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, managing schedules and communications, coordinating travel and meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel
  • Draft and edit communications and presentations
  • Organize board meetings and follow up on action items
  • Act as a liaison with stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information professionally
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor relations
  • Plan events and team activities
  • Maintain policies, records, and budgets
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and assist with special projects
Your strengths include:
  • 7+ years of administrative support experience
  • Office Administrative Diploma would be considered an asset
  • Strong support for executives and office operations
  • Excellent organization, communication, and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project tools
  • Independent, collaborative, and proactive mindset
