Position:

Field Sales Representative / Estimate Setter

Location:

London, Ontario + surrounding areas (travel within 1 hour radius)

Compensation:

$18–$25/hour + performance bonuses (average reps earn $25–$30/hr+)

Top performers can move into team lead and management roles as the company continues to grow.

What You'll Do

• Go door to door in local neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our renovation and fencing services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free estimates for our project managers
• Represent Fernhill Fencing with confidence, professionalism, and positivity
• Track your outreach and results using our simple lead management tools
• Work with our marketing and sales leadership to sharpen your pitch and maximize results

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and great with people
• Competitive and self-motivated — you like winning and seeing progress
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Sales experience is an asset, but not required — we'll train you on everything
• Open to working evenings or weekends when homeowners are most available
