<p><b>Estimator - New Builds & Renovations</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Calgary, AB</p><p><b>Compensation:</b> $100,000-$120,000 + benefits & RRSP</p><p><br></p><p>We're seeking a detail-focused Estimator with experience in both new builds and renovations to support our residential/commercial projects in Calgary. You'll own the costing process from early budgets through to final tender, helping the team win profitable work while controlling risk.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for new build and renovation projects (labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors)</li><li>Review drawings, specs, and addendums to confirm scope and identify gaps, risks, and value-engineering options</li><li>Obtain and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes; prepare clear, competitive bid submissions</li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers and Site teams to refine budgets, track costs, and improve unit rates over time</li><li>Maintain accurate historical cost data and pricing libraries for future bids</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>3-5+ years of estimating experience in construction (new build + renovation mix preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of building methods, trades, and Calgary market pricing</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings</li><li>Proficiency with estimating software and Excel; strong attention to detail and deadlines</li><li>Clear, professional communication with internal teams, clients, and trades</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Compensation & Benefits</b></p><ul><li>Salary: $100,000-$120,000, depending on experience</li><li>Comprehensive health & dental benefits</li><li>RRSP program</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a stable, collaborative team</li></ul><p></p>
