If you are awesome, outgoing, and want to work in a fun and challenging environment, please submit your resume and cover letter to us asap</p><p><em>Requirements:</em></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to dazzle and charm</li><li>Ability to work well within a team setting</li><li>Time management</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently</li><li>Hospitality or theatre experience is an asset</li><li>Must be able to work evenings and weekends</li><li>Bilingualism is extremely valuable</li></ul><p><em>Job Profile:</em></p><ul><li>Host escape rooms in an enthusiastic and professional manner</li><li>Storyteller and character actor</li><li>Engage guests and ensure a first-class experience</li><li>Manage the concierge experience</li><li>Serve food and beverage items in our licensed lounge</li></ul><p>Job Description:</p><p>ESCAPE ROOM HOST ROLE</p><p>1) Greet guests; be an ambassador of the brand</p><p>2) Answer questions regarding general escape briefing notes</p><p>3) Deliver storyline / context for escapes; YOU put the "immerse" in "immersive"</p><p>4) Provide clues to guests and manage all aspects of the room escape experience</p><p>5) Reset escape rooms between guests</p><p>6) Participate in Escape experiences through hitting cues for lights/props/timers/soundtracks/puzzles as</p><p>necessary</p><p>7) Make repairs and modifications to game experiences as necessary</p><p>8) Debrief guests after their escape experience, spot any potential negative reactions</p><p>9) Stock escape supplies, organize workstations</p><p>10) Maintain public space and room escape cleanliness as required or assigned</p><p>11) Ensure our guests have an awesome time and rebook</p><p>12) Encourage very happy guests to leave positive reviews</p><p>13) Knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, a la carte menu items and group menus</p><p>14) Have full knowledge of all lounge activations and game add-ons</p><p>15) Direct not so happy guests to Team Leaders/management for Guest Recovery</p><p>16) Assist in other areas as required by management</p><p>For more information on our business please see </p><p>Job Types: Part-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: From $17.20 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Company events</li><li>Discounted or free food</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Theatre: 2 years (preferred)</li><li>Escape Host: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>French (preferred)</li></ul><p>Licence/Certification:</p><ul><li>Smart Serve (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
