ERP Project Manager
Job Description
Our client is a Canadian leader in aircraft services for corporate, commercial, and military customers worldwide. They specialize in maintenance, cargo operations, pilot training, and aircraft leasing. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead an upcoming ERP upgrade and future information systems initiatives.

What you will be doing:
- Lead planning, execution, and tracking of projects, beginning with an 18-month ERP upgrade.
- Manage IS-focused projects, gathering requirements for smaller initiatives as needed.
- Engage with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, success criteria, and ensure strong communication across teams.
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and project deliverables to meet organizational and industry standards.
- Implement best practices, process improvements, and change management strategies to ensure project success.
What we are looking for:
- Five or more years of project management experience.
- Certification or degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of IS frameworks, ERP systems, and project tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with aviation or MRO-related industries is considered an asset.
