Bus transportation to and from site is provided free of charge from several locations within the region.Mount Milligan promotes a drug and alcohol-free workplace and has adopted a zero-tolerance policy with respect to alcohol or unauthorized drugs on site.About the OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a full-time Environment Administrator to join our Mount Milligan Mine operations site.This is a camp-based position, with a rotation of 4 days on / 3 days off, with a 10-hour daily schedule.Reporting to the Environment Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative duties to support the Environment Team.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Drafting and editing documents, internal memos, and general communicationManaging travel requests, bookings and visitors/contractors site access requestsAssisting with the organization of special events and meetingsAttending meetings and preparing related documents including meeting minutesPreparing and submitting expense reportsPreparing reports in Excel and WordAssisting with payroll, time and attendance, and vacation trackingInputting and maintaining data and preparing Month-End reportsEntering/building purchase requisitionsKeeping rotation schedule updated for the team membersManaging office, coffee room, and safety supplies and orders as requiredAssisting in preparing presentationsAssisting in preparing permitting applications as requiredAbout YouTo qualify, you must have 2-3 years working as an Administrator in a fast-paced office environment.
