The Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Software Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, with a focus on aligning technology strategies with business objectives. This role involves leading the architectural design and implementation of complex systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and secure systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Evaluate new technologies and tools for architectural alignment and potential integration. • Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices. • Mentor and train team members on architectural principles and practices. • Identify and address cross-team architectural challenges. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of proven experience in enterprise architecture and system design. • Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies. • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, or AWS. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and leadership abilities. • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with data architecture and big data technologies.
