Responsibilities
  • You will deliver business growth through leading and empowering account teams. Lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) strategies to achieve customer business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • You will accelerate customer satisfaction and model executive engagements with business decision makers and C-Level executives.
  • You will win against competition by establishing Microsoft as a market leader, maximizing customer spend, and achieving targets such as billed revenue, consumption, and adoption.
  • You will lead partnerships across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft.
  • You will cultivate relationships and employ Microsoft sales strategies throughout multiple levels of the customer’s organization (e.g., executives, business, and technical decision makers) to establish alignment on long-term goals, secure buy-in, and ensure execution.
  • You will develop and present compelling business cases, value propositions, and specialized business plans for customers that showcase Microsoft’s products and solutions, generate business, upsells, and new opportunities.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years of experience in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in a similar context.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration AND 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Account Management IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $142,800 – CAD $214,900 per year. Find additional pay information here.
