We are at the forefront of applied AI and are looking for a passionate leader to help us scale our platform and team in Canada.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>The Role</em></strong><em> </em></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and visionary Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Amplifi platform engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a talented team of engineers in designing, building, and scaling the core components of Amplifi. You will drive technical strategy, foster a culture of innovation and excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of our product roadmap. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will mentor engineers, manage project execution, and contribute to the architectural vision of a complex, AI-native system.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities</em></strong><em> </em></p><ul><li><strong>Team Leadership & Mentorship:</strong> Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture. Support the career growth and development of your team members through coaching and regular performance feedback.</li><li><strong>Technical Strategy & Architecture:</strong> Partner with product management and leadership to define the technical roadmap and vision for Amplifi. Guide the team in making critical architectural decisions across our stack, including our <strong>Kubernetes</strong> services, data ingestion pipelines, and our proprietary <strong>agentic framework</strong>.</li><li><strong>Execution & Delivery:</strong> Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. Manage project timelines, remove roadblocks, and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality, scalable features.</li><li><strong>Technical Excellence:</strong> Champion engineering best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system observability.
