Position Overview : We are seeking a proactive and experienced Onsite Engagement Manager to lead the successful execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) projects for key clients in Canada . The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, strong stakeholder alignment, and effective project delivery.
This role demands excellent client-facing skills, hands-on experience with Agile frameworks , and the ability to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , client demos , and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities: Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary onsite liaison between the client and internal project teams. Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders across commercial, IT, and analytics functions.
Proactively manage expectations, address escalations, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage of project delivery. RGM Project Leadership Oversee the delivery of RGM-focused solutions (Pricing, Promotions, PPA, Trade Terms) tailored to client needs. Ensure requirements are well understood, documented, and validated through continuous engagement.
Align product and delivery teams with business objectives and project goals. Project Communication & Governance Own the end-to-end communication for the engagement, including status updates, steering committee meetings, and reporting. Act as the central communication hub between business users, product owners, and tech teams.
Manage stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle of the project. UAT & Client Demonstrations Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , ensuring client sign-off and readiness. Conduct regular client demos , workshops, and walkthroughs to showcase new features and gather feedback.
Ensure alignment on success criteria and facilitate smooth transitions to go-live. ️ Agile & Jira Project Delivery Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to maintain sprint cadence and delivery timelines. Use Jira and related tools for backlog tracking, issue resolution, and project monitoring.
Skills & Competencies Onsite Engagement Manager (Canada) Excellent client management and stakeholder management RGM Projects experience First point of contact for anything wrt project Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management skills, with a client-first mindset. Solid understanding of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) , especially in Pricing, Promotion, Trade Terms, and PPA. Proven experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and client demo sessions.
Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira , Confluence, or Trello. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking ability, capable of managing multiple streams simultaneously.
Pay: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $115,000 – $165,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period. Benefits: As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.
You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave.
