This part-time opportunity is available with Encore Market Engagement as a Grocery Channel Merchandising Specialist. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in an exciting role that involves promoting Ontario-grown produce and agricultural foods across various grocery stores.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with store managers and department staff to promote Ontario products.
• Recommend effective merchandising strategies to increase product visibility.
• Promote the benefits of Foodland program and brand.
• Measure and record display types, locations, and POS placement for key Ontario products.
• Maintain POS materials and ensure they are up-to-date and correctly placed.
• Participate in special projects and surveys as scheduled by Foodland or management team.

• Must-Haves:
• Previous sales and/or merchandising experience, preferably in the grocery channel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds, requiring full mobility and flexibility.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and high-speed internet at home.

$35,000 – $45,000 per year (20-22 weekly hours), depending on qualifications and experience. This role offers potential for increased earnings during peak summer months.
