<ul>
<li ><span ><span >Develop Comprehensive Email Strategies for promotional, transactional, onboarding, win-back, and lifecycle campaigns.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Align Email Campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and brand objectives.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Ensure Brand Consistency by collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams on messaging and storytelling.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Segment Audiences Dynamically using behavioral data, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Implement Personalization Tactics to boost open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Create Strategic Campaign Briefs and partner with copywriters and designers to execute compelling emails.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Conduct QA Testing for email functionality, personalization accuracy, and responsive design.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Build and Optimize Automated Flows with dynamic content and behavioral triggers.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Drive List Growth through lead generation campaigns, sign-up incentives, and strategic partnerships.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Ensure Compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Monitor Key Performance Metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Run A/B Tests on subject lines, send times, CTAs, and creative elements to refine performance.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Leverage Data Insights to inform future strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Marketing, Design, E-commerce, and Paid Media teams.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Support Full-Funnel Strategy by integrating email efforts with acquisition and retention initiatives.</span></span><br>
 
</ul>
<span ><span ><strong>What’s Needed?</strong></span></span>
<ul>
<li ><span ><span >3–5+ years experience in email marketing or CRM, ideally within luxury, premium fashion, or athletic sectors.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Expertise in platform tools like Klaviyo, Monday.com, Shopify, and TYB</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Proficient in building automated flows, customer journeys, and campaign workflows.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting and troubleshooting.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and list hygiene.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability best practices.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.</span></span>
<li ><span ><span >Collaborative mindset with creative and strategic thinking.</span></span>
