<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Electrician for Industrial Refrigeration</strong></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>London, ON & Surrounding areas</p><p><strong>Start Date: </strong>ASAP</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $40-$47 per hour (based on experience)</p><p><strong>Job Type</strong>: Full-time, Permanent</p><p><strong>Compensation & benefits</strong>:</p><ul><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>RRSP Matching</li><li>Company-provided vehicle, gas card, and tools</li><li>Phone allowance</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The Electrical Journeyman will be responsible for the Installation of both power & control systems.</p><ul><li>Journeyman must be able to work independently with little supervision.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics and engineered <span >drawings/specifications</span></li><li>Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including VFDs and PLCs</li><li>Train apprentices and other electricians on the proper handling, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures during electrical installations and repairs.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid 309A Electrical License (Journeyperson Electrician)</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with control systems, VFDs and PLCs</li><li>Proven experience in <span >industrial/commercial</span> electrical work</li><li>Technical capacity with attention to detail.</li><li>Valid Ontario Driver&#39;s license</li><li>Team builder/leadership attributes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.</li><li>Problem solving.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills.</li><li>Time management.</li><li>The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</li><li>Knowledge concerning industrial transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC, etc.</li><li>Knowledge concerning flow, pressure, temperature, level. </li><li>Experience with installation of GRC, EMT & Cable Tray Raceways</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Experience:</p><ul><li>A basic understanding of refrigeration systems</li><li>Managing crews (up to 5 workers)</li><li>Working in food processing or packaging facilities (GMP compliance)</li></ul></p></p>
