Our client is a manufacturer in the Building Materials sector and is looking to hire a licensed Industrial Electrician for their openings on the Day AND Afternoon shifts. The roles involve everything from troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment (overhead cranes, conveyors, robots), wiring/installation of new machinery, and troubleshooting/modification Allen Bradley PLC’s. These are permanent direct hire positions.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on automated production equipment
- Machine installation/wiring
- PLC Troubleshooting/Modification (Allen Bradley)
- Facility Maintenance when required
- Breakdown response of all production machinery in the plant
- HMI troubleshooting
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid 442A or 309A Electrical License
- PLC troubleshooting and robot troubleshooting experience
- Read schematic drawings to repair equipment
Location – Brampton
Salary Range: $43/hr + bonus (10%), benefits, pension
