In a context of sustained growth, Consultants DND is creating a new Electrical BIM Modeler position to strengthen its Toronto-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed electrical BIM models using Revit, based on engineers plans and specifications
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and consistency
- Participate in technical and BIM coordination meetings
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and proper file management
- Identify inconsistencies in drawings and propose technical solutions
- Update models according to project changes
Profile Sought
- Technical training in building drafting, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical BIM modeling
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or complementary BIM tools is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and good priority management
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
