<li ><span ><span ><span >4+ years in e-commerce or digital retail, preferably in fashion or consumer goods.</span></span></span>
<li ><span ><span ><span >Proven track record of growing DTC online revenue.</span></span></span>
<li ><span ><span ><span >Deep understanding of Shopify (or equivalent platforms), Klaviyo, and performance marketing tools.</span></span></span>
<li ><span ><span ><span >Strong eye for design, merchandising, and UX best practices.</span></span></span>
<li ><span ><span ><span >Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Looker.</span></span></span>
<li ><span ><span ><span >Excellent project management skills and the ability to execute quickly.</span></span></span>
<li ><span ><span ><span >Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams.</span></span></span>
