<p>Job Title: Early Years Facilitator, Full Time Term Position</p><p>Organization: Society for the Involvement of Good Neighbours (SIGN) <em>See </em></p><p>Yorkton, SK Canada</p><p>Program: Kamsack Family Resource Centre</p><p>Hours: 35 hours per week, including occasional evening and weekend hours</p><p>Location: Kamsack, SK</p><p>Start Date: October 29, 2025 to December 31, 2026</p><p><em>The Kamsack Family Resource Centre is a prevention-based model of service delivery, inclusive of a space where all families can play, interact and learn together while having access to quality programs and services which enhance child development and caregiver well-being.</em></p><p><em>SIGN is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic facilitator with strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and demonstrate an understanding and enthusiasm for the importance of early childhood development, parent child attachment and the importance of early year family centres.</em></p><p>Why work for SIGN?</p><p>· Make a difference in the lives of children, caregivers and the community with well-established programming;</p><p>· Work/life balance; Paid day off once a month;</p><p>· 100% Employer Paid Health Benefits (excluding LTD)</p><p>Expectations:</p><p>· Assist in creating a learning rich environment for families;</p><p>· Plan, organize, assist and facilitate age-appropriate play-based learning and sessions for children and parents;</p><p>· Demonstrate collaborative working relationships with staff, families, children and community partners;</p><p>· Maintain the physical space ensuring appropriate and adequate resources are available and the environment is safe and clean;</p><ul><li>Answer questions or concerns from families and provide referrals when required;</li><li>Communicate and work effectively with others and independently;</li><li>Accessibility for some evening and weekend programming.</li></ul><p>Qualifications and experience:</p><p>· An Early Childhood Education Certification or an equivalent combination of work experience and education;</p><ul><li>1 to 2 years' experience working with children 0-6 year-old and their parents/caregivers;</li><li>Experience facilitating programs with both adults and children;</li><li>Valid First Aid and CPR;</li><li>Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle;</li><li>A recent and clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check from RCMP.</li></ul><p>Send resumes with covering letter and three professional references to:</p><p>Megan Holodniuk, Early Years Coordinator</p><p>Box 1539</p><p>Kamsack, SK S0A 1S0</p><p>Email: </p><p>Applications close at 5 pm on Friday, September 19, 2025</p><p>Only those short-listed for interviews will be contacted.
