This is a fully remote, full-time position (40 hours per week) with primarily daytime shifts and one weekend evening shift included. The role offers a salary of $60,000 for daytime schedules, along with competitive benefits.<br><br><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in mental health (social work, counselling, psychology, or related field).</li><li><strong><em>Licensure is not required; we actively support your journey to obtaining it through clinical supervision and dedicated allowances.</em></strong></li><li>Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counselling or mental health services.</li><li>Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, or Systemic counselling.</li><li>Training in crisis intervention and supporting high-risk clients is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work with clients experiencing substance abuse, crisis situations, mental health symptoms, or <span >relationship/family</span> challenges.</li></ul><br /><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br><br>As a Clinical Counsellor, you will connect with clients via phone, video, chat, and email, creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard and understood.
