Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Dual-Licensed Attorney at Berman & Rabin, P.A. The role entails providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating and specializing in Plaintiff Creditors Rights. As a Dual-Licensed Attorney, the individual will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters and representing clients in different businesses.
Qualifications
- Research abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active Bar membership
- 5+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in creditor representation
- Licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Texas
