<p>Blue Water Driving is seeking a motivated and reliable Driver Instructor to join our team in Collingwood/Meaford areas. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about road safety and committed to helping others become skilled and confident drivers.</p><p>Position Details:</p><ul><li>Location: Collingwood/Meaford, ON</li><li>Hourly Rate: $37/hour</li><li>Signing Bonus: $2,500 for applicants with a current Driving Instructor License</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Preferred: Applicants with a valid Driving Instructor License.</li><li>Signing Bonus: $2,500 for applicants with this license.</li><li>If you do not currently hold an instructor's license: Blue Water Driving will fund up to $3,000 for the successful applicant to complete a certified Driving Instructor course.</li><li>Instructor License Requirements (must meet these criteria to become certified):</li><li>A valid Ontario Class G or higher driver's license.</li><li>Completion of a recognized Driver Instructor training program (details available upon request).</li><li>A clean driving record and background check.</li><li>Passing the written and practical instructor exams administered by the Ministry of Transportation.</li></ul><p>Required Equipment:</p><ul><li>A reliable, late-model car (for instructional purposes)</li><li>Insurance coverage, including 6D endorsement</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage of $37 per hour</li><li>$2,500 signing bonus for qualified instructors</li><li>Funding of up to $3,000 to complete the Driving Instructor certification</li><li>A supportive, professional team dedicated to helping you succeed</li></ul><p>If you are an experienced instructor or someone eager to begin a fulfilling career in driver education, we would love to hear from you</p><p>Application Process: Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.</p><p>We look forward to reviewing your application</p><p>Job Types: Contract, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $37.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
