Position Profile:

In this role, you will be cross-trained on every discipline to provide our donors and fundraisers with the best in class verification services. You will be held accountable for exceptional Donor service through embodying sales-assist aptitude, keen eye for technical accuracy and compliance to process and policies. Reporting to one of three Team Leads, Contact Center, you will be an integral part of upholding the standard for a donor centric culture.

 

Position Details:

Compensation: $19/hour - $22/hour

Hourly Commitment: 40 hours a week.

We are looking for staff with full-time availability 5 days a week for set 8hr shifts scheduled during our Hours of Operations: Mon-Sun - 8 am to 12 am.

Office Location: 55 King St. Catherine's

 

Your Key Deliverables

  • Tending to daily inbound donor calls
  • Maintain stellar knowledge of charities, quality and compliance standards
  • Escalate concerns identified and be creative in recommending solutions for day to day challenges
  • Effectively objection handle and manage donor concerns in a sales assist capacity to help acquire the highest number of long-term donors and donations
  • Perform other duties as required

Your experience

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred

 

Your knowledge, skills, competencies and abilities

  • Strong communication (Verbal/written) and listening skills (English only)
  • Ability to recognize missed sales-assist opportunities in creating a holistic donor experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Reliable and responsible - able to work effectively with minimal supervision on routine tasks that require completion to strict deadlines
  • Self-starter and motivator, Team player

 

Your Technical Skills

  • Digital literacy skills; ability to juggle several online platforms
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies and applications swiftly

 

Your Education

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent is preferred
